Awesome front desk service, everyone’s really friendly and great motivation in my classes.
I’ve been a member of many gyms over the years but I’ve never felt as enthusiastic as when joining Elite training centre. Aimee welcomed me with great care, listening to what my goals were she was very supportive and able to recommend the best membership tailored to my needs. I bought 10 coaching sessions for a very reasonable price after my first Muay Thai group class. Connor who is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, helped me feel comfortable as he creates an environment that is both challenging and supportive.
My membership covers 3 different locations paradise gym, carbon gym and elite training so I have an amazing choice of group classes, new top notch machines and facilities.
The sense of community in this dog friendly gym is felt and I can only recommend you find out for yourself by booking in a free trial! Highly recommend!

Everyone’s positive, everyone’s there to help you out, no one’s judgemental. If anything’s broken you can tell the owner or any worker and it gets fixed straight away!

Unreal facilities. Great coaches and is not like a commercial gym. It's like a community

A phenomenal gym, fantastic staff, brilliant members, exceptional trainers. It’s such a vibrant location filled with great music, functional equipment. I highly recommend this gym to newbies and athletes. I would rate this one of the BEST gyms in Geelong. Sauna, ice bath, Muay Thai classes, powerlifting equipment, body building equipment. It’s the gym that you can call home away from home.
Signed up to this gym a month ago and can definitely say it is such a welcoming place. Staff are super kind and helpful and we can bring our puppy girl with us as it is dog friendly. Has everything you need and next door is a cafe, PERFECT!!!

Could be Geelong's best kept secret for fitness and classes. Funky multilevel historical warehouse feel, friendly team (shout out to Amie, customer service star), relaxed vibe and a great place to do boxing & Muay Thai classes with my teenage daughters.
Really enjoy this space, friendly staff and the people who go here are always nice, everyone leaves equipment neat and clean. This gym has a really nice vibe to it.

I have recently joined Elite and I love it! Everyone is so friendly, the gym is clean and it has a welcoming atmosphere. I have enjoyed being trained by Kate and using the gyms facilities. Elite is the perfect gym!
Went to see Kate this morning very switched on knows her stuff explained how I needed start training for the coming Japan snow season in 2024 she was straight onto it and started writing a plan.

Nice gym but the way they treat customers could definitely be better.
They claim a 3 month minimum with 30 days notice. Turns out it’s actually a 4 month minimum. I just wanted to sign up for 3 months because I’m in and out of the country a lot. When I told them how they word it isn’t clear, they just told me “it’s in the contract”. I guess now I’ve signed up for 4 months because I didn’t read the legal fine print.
Ice bath out of service for over a week. When I asked about it they just told me it’s being looked at. When I told them that if I had a business where I didn’t deliver something that the customer paid for, I’d give a partial refund for the value of the item in question, the response was that they’ll pass the feedback on to the boss. Ice bath area just feels mucky and run down. I’d avoid the recovery inclusion next time.
The attitude of my dealings with the front desk can be best summarised as “passive aggressive with a forced smile”. Certainly a strange vibe in how they deal with any issues that I’ve brought up.
Gym is fantastic. But they make it hard to give a better review.
Update: I was now offered a partial refund for the recovery room being out of service, with better courtesy at the front desk.
Update 2: really happy with the customer service now. Was offered to suspend my membership while overseas for a few months, so really appreciate that. Very courteous by phone and email. Happy customer over here!
