At Carbon Gym (incorporating ETC), we offer a wide range of group fitness classes in Geelong to help you mix up your routine and stay motivated. 

Our classes are led by experienced instructors and are suitable for all fitness levels, so whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll find a class that’s right for you.

Our classes include high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and conditioning, and yoga. We also offer specialty classes such as boxing and dance, which are designed to be fun and challenging while helping you burn calories and build strength.

Circuit training

Circuit training is a great way to work the whole body as it involves a combination of short and sharp workouts, including cardio and weights. Circuit training programs are made up of different stations set up with equipment ready for a group of participants who will rotate through each station at least once.

We run scheduled circuit training classes weekly in Geelong at Carbon Gym. If you get bored easily you’ll love this style of exercise as no two circuits are ever exactly same – we change it up all the time! Your body will never “get used” to the same class over and over as we challenge different muscle groups with our variety of workouts.

If you enjoy exercising in a group you’ll find this type of training to be fun and sociable as well. It’s speedy, effective and planned by our experienced trainers to work muscles all over the body. You’ll wake up the next day hurting in places you didn’t know you had muscles – a sure sign of a thorough workout! HITT training

We offer a private space for High Intensity Internal Training (otherwise known as HIIT) in our Geelong gym. HIIT is an enormously popular high-intensity class, used to build fitness and torch fat in minimal time with a huge variety of exercises. Keep burning fat even after you’ve left the gym with HIIT sessions, designed for people wanting to get the most out of their workout.

If you prefer a group training setting, our sister gym, Paradise, offers HIIT classes at their South Geelong location.  These classes will consist of quick, intensive exercises, followed by short recovery periods that will certainly get the heart racing! No two classes are the same, we constantly mix it up to ensure that your body doesn’t become accustomed to the workout, ensuring it’s always a challenge. These classes are generally most popular for busy people who can’t seem to find the time to exercise, as they keep the body burning fat even after you’ve walked out the door!

Strength and conditioning training

Strength and conditioning training isn’t just for bodybuilders or elite athletes – it can be for anyone who wants to improve their strength and agility for a variety of purposes. The benefits of this type of training include better balance, better posture, greater endurance, better flexibility and more, all which decreases your risk of injury!

Located conveniently in Geelong, the Carbon Gym runs strength and conditioning classes for all ages and can provide one-on-one training for specific needs.
